Spaghetti bolognese does not exist and is indeed fact "fake news." The bombshell was dropped by Virginio Merola, the mayor of Bologna, Italy in 2019, which is the supposed to be the home of the pasta dish. And Merola has since then launched an awareness campaign to teach people the truth. I am willing to help the people of Bologna to spread this message though I have seen every version of this course out there. With jam..., curry... peanutbutter..., sweet chilisauce.
